5 Years In Motion: The Nogales ¼ Marathon & Health Fair Goes Big!

We’re celebrating our fifth anniversary in a big way! What started as a ¼ marathon has grown into a full half marathon, giving runners of all levels a chance to challenge themselves.

Join us for a day of fitness, fun, and community—from the race to our Health Fair, where local wellness experts and organizations offer tips, screenings, and activities for the whole family.

All proceeds support 0S3 Movement programs and services, helping us make a real difference in the Nogales and Santa Cruz County community. Whether you run, volunteer, or cheer, be part of this milestone celebration!

The Nogales 1/2 Marathon and Health Fair, at beautiful Nogales, Arizona downtown, is the setting for 5 different events linked by a single theme: RUN. (Half Marathon, 10K, 5K, Kids Run & Health Fair)

No matter how, the aim is to bring as many people as possible to this sport / hobby that is affordable for everyone, both economically and physically.

The Health Fair is another excellent opportunity for health institutions to promote health & wellness and their services and programs to the community as well as offer some of their services free of charge.

Organizers and collaborators not only seek to spread the sport and people health, they also look for the health and wellbeing of our local economy, especially that of our beautiful historical Nogales, Arizona Downtown.

Attention runners:
We would like to remind you that if you are interested in participating in the half marathon, it is important to have the necessary experience and training to meet this challenge. For the safety of all runners, we recommend that you ensure you have the physical and mental capacity required to complete the race safely and successfully.

Event Safety and Time Limit:
To ensure the safety of all participants, the course will be closed to vehicle traffic on the streets and avenues where the event takes place. The time limit to complete all events is 2 hours and 30 minutes. After this time, participants must leave the course, as streets will reopen and normal traffic will resume.
